What this website is

This website is operated by Prudent Funding Advisors. It describes our advisory services and lets you enquire about, or apply for, business funding.

We are advisors, not a lender

Prudent Funding Advisors does not lend money and does not purchase receivables. We are an independent advisory firm: we assess your requirement, approach funding partners on your behalf, and help you compare and understand the offers that come back. Any funding agreement is between you and the funding partner, on that partner’s terms.

No offer of credit

Nothing on this website is an offer of credit or a commitment to fund. Figures shown for funding amounts, terms, decision times, revenue thresholds and credit requirements describe the programs available through our partner network in general. The amount, structure and pricing available to your business depend on that partner’s underwriting of your circumstances, and all terms are disclosed to you before you sign anything.

A merchant cash advance is not a loan

Where we refer to a merchant cash advance, we mean the purchase of a fixed amount of your future receivables at a discount, repaid as an agreed percentage of your revenue. It is not a loan, it does not carry an interest rate, and the cost is expressed as a factor rate. We describe it this way because calling it a loan would misstate what you would be agreeing to.

Information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named. We rely on it when approaching funding partners, and an inaccuracy can cause an offer to be withdrawn.

Electronic signatures

Not yet in effect

When the application supports electronic signature, signing it will constitute your agreement to conduct the transaction electronically and your intent to sign. We will record the signature, the exact wording you were shown, the time, and a fingerprint of the document you signed, so that what was agreed can be established later.

You will be able to download a copy of your executed application, and we will tell you how long it remains available.

Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a form fails, call 732-395-1064 during business hours and we will take your details directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.
